Many have asked and I keep promising it with Ruby Quiz 2.0, but I've
added an RSS feed to the current Ruby Quiz site, to hold people
over. You can find it at:

The feed gives the last ten quizzes. I didn't include summaries
because they're pretty lengthy, but you can use the article links for
the quiz in the feed to get to them. Be warned, I chose to include
whole quizzes, so the feed is a bit lengthy.
Sorry it took me so long.
