But I think at the top of that page it says something like, if you

What SourceForge will say is the latest is not under our control.
SourceForge uses their own obscure algorithm to come up with what they
think is the latest version.
I think Les can fill you in as to how useful the SourceForge user
interface is.
The best thing to do is just go to the Files section of the ooRexx
project on SourceForge:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/oorexx/files/
and from there go to the oorexx section. You'll see each release in a
separate section, pick the highest number.
Anyhow, the 4.1.1 release is there:

In addition, I posted an announcement about the release. You will
probably see it shortly.
