Error 0x80070570 while installing Python.

Good day sir. I tried several times to install the latest version of Python
which I downloaded from python.org but I keep getting error 0x80070570. I
have done Window Update. And I also downloaded lower version but the same
error keep popping up. I am using Compaq mini laptop with Window 7(32bit).
I will appreciate if you can assist me in solving this problem. Thanks.
