Unfortunately, the py2exe binary distribution, version 0.4.1, contained
broken binaries for Python 2.3, for building Windows NT services.

I've uploaded a new binary installer for Python 2.3 only, and changed
the version number to 0.4.2.

If you are still using Python 2.2, there's no need to change anything.
