[Python-announce] Pygments 2.13 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Pygments 2.13. Pygments is a
generic syntax highlighter written in Python.

Pygments 2.13 provides several new lexers, themes and many improvements
to existing lexers. Please have a look at the changelog
