version 1.0.0, the Google BigQuery dialect for SQLAlchemy

BigQuery, including schema definition, querying and schema migration with
Alembic <https://alembic.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/>.

This release builds on and replaces the earlier pybigquery
<https://pypi.org/project/pybigquery/> project.

The release can be installed from PyPI

python -m pip install sqlalchemy-bigquery==1.0.0
