According to [MvC86], [War74] reads:

The present systems (Prolog I) is implemented partly in For-
tran, partly in Prolog itself, and running on an IBM 360-67
achieves roughly 200 unifications per second.

[MvC86] Michel van Changehem, L'anatomie de Prolog, InterEditions, 1986.

[War74] D.H.D. Warren, Warplan: A system for generating plans, memo 76,
Edimbourgh University, 1974.

Another, more recent source for this citation is The birth of Prolog.
