pdfmark and a pop-up menu of links

pdfmark can be used to add a link to a PDF file. Please, does anybody
know whether and how it can be used to make a pop-up menu of multiple
links?

I.e., I have URLs www.example1.com, www.example2.com, www.example3.com.
I want a pop-up menu with labels "E.g. 1", "E.g. 2", "E.g. 3", such
that selecting one does sends the browser to the appropriate link.

I'm going to bump this above the recent influx of nonsense, as I'm
confident that somebody will know whether this is possible.

Look into the PDF reference for popup annotations
and consult the pdfmark reference manual how to specify
these.
