W.H's 64bit version ?

These days I've only got a laptop, running 64bit-linux via a USbstik.
It fails to run my old 32bit poplog system.
I've read W.H's notes on installing the 64bit version,
but first installing the required gcc...etc. would bring many problems.
Didn't our *.15.3*.tgz have already compiled binaries before

Can someone please help me to DL/install a pre-compiled 64bit poplog?
