Can anyone a good full-featured php/mysql shopping cart?
Preferably open-source (free), and one that allows some easy
customization of the database and existing code. Secure transactions
aren't necessary since the orders just need to be emailed to the
admin and then I'll generate invoices.

These are just a few that I found on hotscripts.com that didn't look
too bad, but I'm looking for any recommendations

I've worked with OSCommerce, it's very full-featured. I ended up having to
do some hacking to get it to suit a customer's needs, but they liked the end
result. I had to rewrite the thumbnail function for showing
non-1.3-aspectratio images! Or at least, it seemed like I needed to, so I
did. :)

I've used that as well, and also had to do a bit of hacking - can't
remember precisely, but I think it was to change the navigation so it
showed the full tree, instead of just one level of it.

Our designers have trouble with it, though. I'd recommend it if you're
used to designing in code.

I was just chatting this morning with a devloper in Australia who
implemented osCommerce on his site. (www.thechurchband.com) He indicated
that is was very easy to add the commerce suite to the site. Here's the link
to the merchandise section:

Hope that helps!
