First of all, don't multipost. If you must post to multiple newsgroups,
please learn to crosspost.

Second, you're going to need to find a Florida geographic database with
that information. I have never looked for such, but I'm sure it's
available (for a price). A complete database is not likely to be cheap,
though.

You need to use something called a "reverse geocoding API". Now get out
there on the web and search for one.
