I am looking for a webdesigner to create a new design for my website
(http://www.audconv.com). PHP skills are required. The website has 10,000
visitors a day. In exchange for the work, I will promote your webdesign
services on my site. If you are interested please contact me:

someone qualified to do this would probably want more than promotion, they'd
want money too. I know I would ;-)

Add a minimum of $100 per hour, and I might consider it.

Anyone would.

And they would know whether they want to use FrontPage or PHP.

The number of visitors per day don't mean squat if they ain't bringing any
money in their pockets. And apparently they're not.

uh gee, thanks, but I can promote my own services, to a much broader
audience, for a lot less than what my hourly rate is.

You may want to rethink your offer if you really need the help.

you can have php live nicely within a FrontPage web. I've "frontpagified"
some php stuff, portals and what not and it's all been fine. except for
some little things here and there.
fp and php will live together.

You really must be joking.
The designer wont give a toss about your promotion of their services.
They will simply add your site to their portfolio list (assuming of course
they actually want to).
You get what you pay for.
