PHP reporting Tool - Need one that allows design on the Web

I need to find a reporting tool that:
Runs under PHP
You can define and store reports.
Access mySql
Can contol/Configure from the web.
The few I have seen run under Windows or Linux and then you must
upload the finished code to the system.

I wanted one too. Doesn't look like one exists though...
