I need :
- MySQL database which supports fulltext search with '+-' tokens
- PHP

Can you recommend one ?

You don't mention a budget, but...

I put our club on Superb.Net (http://www.superb.net) at the
recommendation of a highly-respected (rare uber geek *and* business
type) acquaintance. I'm impressed. Superb got our account set up
and running w/in 1/2 hour of my doing the on-line order. Everything
so far has just *worked*. And of the providers on my short list,
Superb came in with the best bang-for-the-buck by *far*.

Caveat: I've only been with them for a week. Oh, and I don't know
about the MySQL "fulltext search with '+-' tokens" issue.
