I have been using the Error package with Exception::Class to define an
exception hierarchy. In the process, I have had to create a common base
class that causes those exceptions to stringify properly in both plain and
Test::Unit contexts.

The derived class relies primarily on functionality and APIs provided by
Error, so I've chosen that to be the top-level package. For brevity, I've
chosen only to include the Exception part of Exception::Class.
Any objections to this package name before I submit it to PAUSE?
