We are opening the contest to 200 participants. Registration is $7.50 per
participant and each registered participant will get 5MB web space for 6
months, unlimited FTP and FrontPage access to their site and membership in
our newly formed WebSpinners Guild. The registration will be for 3 weeks
then the contest will be the following week, at the end of the week we are
freezing all accounts until the Judges have all voted. We are expecting a
full registration and at least 600,000 visitors to the site during the 4
week period. The final prize list will be announced before the contest
starts.
The purpose is to inspire better looking, more interactive and faster
loading web pages and to give recognition to deserving webmasters
worldwide.

And all the work is done on each participants OWN web, they are not working
on a web for me or my company! Their web can be most anything that is
LEGAL. After the contest their webs can be deleted by them or kept up for 6
months for FREE.
Where do you get your idea that we need money or programmers?
