How can I set map attributes or file attributes under WinNT to run perl cgi
files?, can't connect with cuteftp =(

This isn't really a perl question. cuteftp seems to be a red-herring.
I've never heard of map attributes and file attributes shouldn't
matter in WinNT. I suspect that you are trying to configure an http
server to run CGI. If so, you should consult documentation and
experts for the server you are using. Your local ISP/sysadmin would
be a great place to start.
