{Delphi} Creating MDI Application problem. Help!

Every time I try to use the MDI application from the gallery,
my system locks up. Actually I did get it to work once but I haven't
been able to get it to work again. I've been able to create a MDI
App from scratch, but not with all the stuff that comes with the one
I can choose from the gallery.
any help will be appreciated.
