Delphi: MessageDlg & custom caption?

I use MessageDlg for most quick user messages, but it doesn't allow
custom captions. Is there a work-around for this, short of using
MessageBox (I'd prefer not to -- I like the glyph buttons better) or
creating a custom dialog box?
