Could someone please point me to an execution profiler for Pascal,
especially Turbo Pascal (on IBM PC or Macintosh)? Thanks.

Have you looked at the commercial Turbo Analyst from TurboPower?

The new Turbo Debugger 2.0 from Borland includes a profiler.
