Is there any way to use BDE without using ODBC?
Help me on this problem, guys!

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated!

Your question is a bit hard to understand.

On a daily basis most of the Delphi developers use BDE and it's services
without never using ODBC link. This is the 'native' way to use BDE, to
connect to dBase, Paradox, Interbase etc. databases.

You _maybe_ are asking if one could access for instance Paradox or some
other Borland databases without using BDE or maybe without ODBC.

I am sorry for the complication, guys!

I want to connect MS Access database using BDE on Delphi7. My OS is
WindowsXP SP2.
I can not find any way of BDE connection with Access without ODBC,
even I've got search from internet.

My search has been telling me that the ODBC is the certain thing
between the MS Access database and BDE.

I have fell into an ODBC problem, because of MS Jet error on some
computers (machines).

If ADO is an option you may be able to use the Jet OLE DB provider.

The Jet / ODBC problem, what is it?
