I'm using the rxRichEdit component from the wonderful RXLIB component
library. RxRichEdit is an enhanced TRichEdit which enables OLE. I'm using
it to insert metafiles and bitmaps into the text by pasting from the
Clipboard,

However, initially the component always inserts the OleContainer with the
TImage.Picture at a fixed default size and with the stretch property set.
If I then resize the inline graphic and copy and paste from within
rxRichEdit the size and aspect ratio are maintained, but I need this to
happen when the graphic is first inserted.

I've looked everywhere in vain for a solution and would be most grateful
if anyone has a suggestion which will point me in the right direction.
