Create new Routine and call it from Java

I create a new routine in PIP V01, compile, run it ok. But when i call it from Java has error occur with return "Host error number 108370703230501. Contact system manager.".
When create a new routine, i register it in 2 tables: SCATBL25 and SCATBL5A
Please help me resolve the problem
