Announcement: LISA 2.0 Production

The official 2.0 release for LISA, a multi-paradigm production rule system
for Common Lisp, is now available. New to this version is an
auto-notification facility for managing consistency between working memory
and CLOS instances, along with a number of smaller enhancements and
additions to the documentation.
