http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/mind4th.html is a primitive AI
in Win32Forth that needs porting to both
http://mind.sourceforge.net/lisp.html Lisp and
http://mind.sourceforge.net/prolog.html Prolog.
http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/jsaimind.html is in OO JavaScript.
