Model Space to Paper Space LISP Program?

I am looking for a LISP program that will allow me to select an object in
Model Space and Transform it to Paper Space. If anyone knows where I might
this please post a message for me. I would really appreciate it. I would
even settle for a program remotely close to this that I might modify a
little.
