Redirecting or Forwarding JS and ...

Hi,
I'm new here but im building a "fast-loading" site with all most no java, just
html and a touch of ccs or css i forget what it is but i have it on there...
any way i need two JSs but i can't find them any where but at
http://www.javascriptsource.com/master-list.html/ but the page is so BIG it
takes a long time for my slow computer to load and when it does load it stops
and loads more when i scroll down if any one has or knows where i can get a
either redirection or fowarding JS(one where you click on one link or goto one
URL but it redirects you to another) and a JS the when you click a button it
sets that page as your home page on your browser...
can any one help??
