[context: "terms of use", "privacy policy", "Community Veto"] censorship
they had applied.

Can I trust my future developments on such a weak system (silent member
companies, weak system governance, weak community) like the eclipse
foundation is?
Member Companies like HP, SAS do not react on direct complaints.

I will stop here to analyze the Eclipse Foundations Weaknesses.
Although they will not be able to admit:
I've assisted them to understand their own processes, "terms of use" and
"privacy policies".
I've assisted them to provided "defense-mechanisms" against _real_
malicious intruders, which do more things than simply criticizing the
eclipse foundation.
The sad thing:
I've assisted them to uncover their inability to treat criticism.
