Mr. Mike Milinkovich (the eclipse Foundation Director) keeps up
Censorship and IP-blocking [which violates privacy policy]:

He does so, whilst ignoring clearly expressed Vetos of the Community
Members (5 to 7, scan the thread):

and without _any_ compliance to a process.

This voting is anyway not valid, as no rules and processes were defined.
The "Terms of Use" supersede any voting results or autonomous actions of
the Executive Director.
The "Terms of Use" is a bilateral agreement.
The Eclipse Foundation Executive Director breaks this agreement by
blocking my access (whilst using methods which violate the Privacy Policy).
All this lets the Eclipse Foundation somehow look like an amateur
open-source project.

please note: even my nntp _read_ access to the eclipse.foundation forum
is blocked. I access it inconveniently via an anonymous proxy over the
http-nntp gateway.
