Position Description/Responsibilities:
• Identification of a set of metrics required to manage the
performance of the Data Center Services team through ongoing
interactions with the team managers
• Creation and operation of a reporting engine so as to determine
sources of data necessary, collation of that data and presentation of
the findings.
• Analysis and interpretation of the information so as to provide
options for improvement that may derive around those options.
• Interaction with teams that support the goals of the position.
