There are older java7 "fastdebug" builds available for windows. Does
anyone know where I can download one of these?

There is a great website, I can only recommend it:

www.google.com

Just type in what you are looking for, and it will be the first result.

I tried several variants on "windows" "java" "build" +"fastdebug" -"openJDK"
and only found people asking essentially the same question as Richard (plus
Richard himself, of course). What search terms did you use ?

My apologies, it appears that with skipping my morning coffee, my attention
to detail didn't quite wake up today. I read the post as "older java
"fastdebug" builds", which are in fact linked from the first Google result.
Looks like my brain skipped right over that little 7. My bad.

No, I don't think that will get you the results you are looking for

Apparently roosters are somehow relevant according to his mind.

One of the cases where a specific link instead of a reference
to Google had looked better even though it had not helped more.
