I think this guy is honking his own horn. He sent the same message to
all of those PHP NG's. So it no stretch to think that he sent this to a
lot more programming NG's.

Guess he wants to see higher hit counts..?

Yup, didn't see it the first time, thought he was asking what CRUD was.
Instead he is trying to trick us in visiting some (I guess his) blog
that, imho, does not contain anything interesting!
