Release: Appleteer - applet test tool

Appleteer - applet test tool is released for public use.

Appleteer is an applet test tool that has a couple
of nice extras over Sun's own AppletViewer, including
in built logging, easy access to the output and log,
and support for multiple applets.

It can be run as an application, webstart application,
or (very soon) an applet.

Hope it is of some use to those debugging applets,
as well as anyone attempting to assist in such
endeavors.

Bug reports and RFEs welcome.
