Utility to compare two war files

I am looking for a utility that can determine the changes between two
war files. Also the new war has had all the dates set to the current
dates so it needs to be smarter than just comparing dates. Any
suggestions?

If you just want to figure out the differences "skin deep", you needn't
look much further than the (unix) utilities diff and md5sum.
