Requirement 5:
- Minimum of 2-5 years hands-on experience on Java/J2EE development

- Has gone through at least 1-2 full life cycle
- Able to face clients / users for support and requirements gathering
- For Technical Lead - must have 2 years of Team Leading experience
and able to design technical architecture of the system
- Experience in design, development of database application, user
interfaces, workflow, web application and integration testing
POSITION 1:
Java/J2EE Portal Team Lead
You will be involved in system development life cycle including
application development, implementation and post implementation
review. You will also assist in technical design, quality review and
testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance
testing and implementation roll-out. As a team lead, you are expected
to be able to demonstrate effective leadership, supervise your team,
review deliverables and proposed improvement, or corrective actions.
Minimum 6 years of practical software development experience with
strong hands-on Java/J2EE programming experience
Successful candidate should have at least 3-5years of team leading
capacity, managing a team of 5-8 members
Technical skills needed:
• Web Portal Development experience is mandatory
• Understanding and Knowledge on Portal Platform, CMS Systems, open-
source technologies and architectures
• Excellent knowledge of a range of software engineering topics
including data structures and algorithms, database concepts, object

Production Support Team lead/Senior Application Consultant (Payment
systems / Oracle / Unix)
• Level 2 support team lead for payment system applications.
• Lead the team for mission critical and complex payment
systems
• Analyzing Production issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Build working relationship with clients
• Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as
specified are followed to ensure effective problem resolution
• Provide hands on support to ensure that application issues
are resolved.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Application /Production
support
• Minimum 3-4 years of team leading experience and prior
experience in providing global support of payment systems in a 24x7
environment
Technical skills needed:
• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms,
Unix
• Good domain knowledge of Payment systems along with clearing/
receivables experience.

POSITION:
J2EE Designer/ Technical Consultant (Govt. Domain)
You will be involved in the entire software development life cycle
including application development, implementation, maintenance and
post-implementation review. As a subject matter expert, you will be
required to design and lead a team to develop and maintain a highly-
scalable J2EE system.
• At least 5 years hands-on experiences in systems
integration/ development / completed at least 2 full SDLC
• Prior experiences as a technical lead/ architect will be
greatly preferred
Technical skills needed:
• Experienced in design, development of database application, user
interfaces, workflow, web application, integration testing
• Advanced knowledge and highly familiar in the following tools,
languages and platform:
1. J2EE, EJB, JSP, Struts or Java

3. UNIX environment using Weblogic or Websphere application

5. Knowledge in Weblogic Portal will be greatly advantageous
