Look at the demo program that came with the JDBC driver. You need something
like:
"jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(HOST=000.000.000.000)(PROTOCOL=tcp)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=ctld)))
