How to read canon raw (.cr2) into IDL or ENVI?

Hi,

I need to import some canon raw format images (they have
extensions .cr2) into IDL.
Could anyone donate some code please?

I think it's impossible. What I did, I converted it to the fits file with Iris(under windows) or to pgm and to fits under unix.
