Issue with the workbench menu

Hi all,

I have some issues with the workbench on my Mac (leopard server). I'm
using IDL 8.0.1 but got the same problem with 8.0.0. When I installed
IDL 8.0.0 for the first time, everyting went ok but after a while the
menus start to behave strangely. Most (but not all) the shortcuts keys
are not displayed anymore and I have sometime a menu with several
times the same option (such as Toggle Comment). Any idea what is going
here and/or what I should do to fix that? And sometimes, some of the
options that should be available to me (such as Format) are disabled.
I forgot to mention that I removed my previous version of IDL (7.1)
before installing 8.0.
