Hello,
A WWW Page for the OPAL Project at the TU Berlin is now available:

The Project is concerned with the design and implementation of an
algebraic programming language which amalgamtes concepts from
functional programming and algebraic specification (though the
specification features are little documented and supported at the
current stage of the project).
Please note that the Technical University of Berlin is equipped with a
64K connection to the internet while giving all students an
unrestricted personal account -- a situation which will hopefully
change in the very next time (of course, regarding the throughput of
the line). Access is probably comfortable only outside of middle
european working hours.
