Intel Software for Tortran

It seems that it's easier to acquire the latest Intel software, with
subscription and support, such as IFV, IFC, IC/C++, IMSL for Intel, MKL,
VTune, etc., than it is to purchase a legitimate copy. Strangely, this
appears to be an option of Intel's pseudo-clever making. Well now, isn't
that special?
