MS Fortran 5.1 QwikWin apps that work fine under Windows 3.1 give me a
General Protection Fault in USER.EXE

I am not sure if this is the problem, but you might want to check your
fl.def file (or the file you used during linking). The 'EXETYPE'
should read 'WINDOWS 3.1' instead of 'WINDOWS 3.0'. I remember this
caused General Protection Fault problem for me when I used MSF 5.1
under Win 3.1 (It did not happen all the time, but sometimes). The
QWIN program I compiled for Win 3.1 seems to be working under Win95
(although I did not test it fully)
