Posting as I know that some of the authors read this group and because
it was seriously messing with my head earlier today.

Table 5.2 on pp 160-161 (it is split across two pages) has the wrong
headings across the top on pp 161. Or, if it doesn't, then my head is
now seriously spinning.

I remember trying to fix this table several times.
Obviously never got it right :-(
