ANN: SwiftForth 3.0 released

We are pleased to announce that the long-awaited update to SwiftForth is
now available.

There are lots of improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements. The most
notable change is that the "Pro" designation has been dropped. Features
formerly available only in the Pro version have all been rolled into the
standard SwiftForth release. In addition to that, the previously
unreleased source for the SwiftForth command window (TTY.DLL) is now
included in the SwiftForth distribution.
