...preferably Apple 2 Forths that are not on Azimov.

I'm hoping to find the Forths that were not FIG based, commercially
available and thus never made it to the public domain and disappeared into
the obscurity of personal archives, basements, attics, etc.

I have made marginal success with SkyForth
-Found a FIG demo disk on the Internet Archive called
"Volume_148_Forth_Demos_and_Tutorials". This IS SkyForth but a limited demo.
-contacted developer directly but he was unwilling to dig through his attic
for disks, etc

I have found a reference to ISYS Forth but no chance of me finding it on the
'net.

I already have:
QForth 2.4
Mad Apple Forth 1.1
ProForth 3.2
GraForth
TransForth

If anyone can point me to other Forths (Manuals and Source code would be
Awesome!)

Search for FYSFORTH, originated at the University of Utrecht
on Apple ][.

I have used a later version for PC. But I can't read floppies
anymore. I have it on two 5,25".
