I was a little hesitant purchasing this tool because it was almost half the price of the others. No need to worry, I had no problems making rj45 patch cables with this tool. Worked as stated.
This is the first time I've made my own cat-5 cables, so I can't compare this with more professional models, but it does everything that it claims to do without any problems.
