A small but irritating issue: When I have several datawindows open
from my shell, I can browse through them with Ctrl Tab. However, as
soon as I have window with a tabcontrol on it, Ctrl Tab only browsers
from tab to tab and not from window to window anymore.

Is there anyway that this can be prevented?

Hi Dick,

Can you upload a sample-app with that behavior? I can't reproduce it here.
VO 2.8/3 W XP

VO 2.7/Win7: Ctrl-Tab don't even taken in account, while Alt-Tab works
flawlessly...

I've merged the standardshell and Tabwindow sample and in that I
couldn't reproduce it either and even adding a basic windows with a
tab control to my main app gives that behaviour. So it must be in my
application.

Then I found that Ctrl Tab's behaviour was determined by Lutz Eckert'
AFHook library, which I installed in June 2010 to get Ctrl A working!

So sometimes one loses sight on side effects of actions...

Luc recommends to use Ctrl F6, one other officeial way, to go through
windows.

Thanks for pointing me to a (rather obvious...) way to find the cause!
