Hi,

Got an email from SV sales.

"Hello Ron. Sorry I missed you. I called because we're moving on to
Clarion 7 during the middle of this year and would like to give you
options that we believe will be better for you than waiting for Clarion 7."

This was my response.

Michael,

Thank you for the email. I am sorry to inform you that I will not
purchase the CSP or the SMP program. I purchase software on it's merits
and will not pay for products that I cannot see or try. Neither do I
purchase subscription program as they have been found to be of little
real value for the end user. When Clarion 7 comes out and I either see
the feedback from other Clarion users or there is a demo, only then will
I make a decision continue with Clarion and purchase version 7.

If Clarion 7 is out during the middle of the year, then it shouldn't
be much of a wait since it's already May in a couple of week. And the
middle of the year is June-July. Guess they are just fishing for some
more working capital.

Yes I Think you have it. I got in on the last one, on the cheaper
version, but it would seem that when you buy a product like 6.0 You
would be entitled to the patches. I love the product but am about to go
broke on it. They may end up losing a lot of sales this way
.
