hello, Happy Newyear,
could someone please help me on this, each time i
try to download anything from the net i get this
message "one of the library is not available"
and i couldn't download anything.
how can i solve this, thankyou

You seem to have a problem with whatever you are using to "download from the
net" rather than a problem with the C programming language. Try a newsgroup
relating to whatever platform or download software you are using.
