Wrong group: this is comp.lang.c not comp.lang.c++. It's probably not
your fault. Apparently Google Groups has trouble posting head posts to
comp.lang.c++ (because of the two +s), though replies to existing posts
work.
Usenet is easier using a good newsreader.
