My email host Forced me to encrypt my outgoing emails,
using port 465 (TLS) instead of 25 (PlainText), SMTP.
TLS 1.0 is buggy ( only an even number of bytes can be sent ! ),
TLS 1.2 Works great, 1.3 isn't available to me.
This is about 10 hours of my changes:

Visual Studio 2017, Windows-10.
